Hi, I’m Grandma Bailee, but you can just call me Grandma. Although I may feel young at heart sometimes, my name accurately suggests my ‘old lady’ status. I get around pretty well for an old lady- I love walks- and my foster folks say I’m not senile but rather as sweet as candy. But, the doctors think I have something called ‘doggy dementia,’ and I feel very confused and disoriented sometimes. I also get kind of nervous when my people aren’t nearby! Like most folks in their golden years, I’ve got some ‘senior symptoms’ – a couple mysterious and likely benign lumps and bumps on my side, and a heart that doesn’t work as effortlessly as it used to. But trust me that I’m not letting that stop me from finding my fur-ever family!

I’m available for what’s called a ‘sponsored adoption.’ I need a very special home to meet my unique needs as a super-senior with my medical history. When I find that fur-ever home, the folks at Hope Animal Rescue have agreed to sponsor my adoption fee.
